Hargreaves, Brown and Benson is an experienced and proactive firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisers based in Colne, Lancashire near Burnley that can trace its history back to 1917.

The firm is proud to have kept to its original aim of providing a service for all walks of industry, commerce and individuals both in the local area and further afield and today services companies and individuals across the UK and even has overseas clients.

One of the most successful ways in which Hargreaves, Brown & Benson have helped the local business community is in the help given to new businesses. The guidance given to the potential business owner and the ongoing advice can often lead to a more profitable operation and substantial savings of tax in the first years of trading.  Local bank managers, enterprise organisations and financial advisors who are approached by new business ventures often recommend the firm and it is a reflection of the high regard in which the firm is held, by both clients and fellow professionals that most of Hargreaves, Brown & Benson’s new clients are obtained through recommendation.
