I was talking to a friend who owns a small business about Google Maps and Google Business Profiles a few minutes ago (it’s amazing the questions you get when people know what you do for a day job) and he was getting confused.  So, I thought I’d post this extra article about the subject rather than wait for the normal daily post that we produce.
